Scope
This Acceptable Use Policy (AUP) applies to AllTooly's website, accounts, APIs, file processing, AI generation, and other tools. You are responsible for prompts, files, images, and data you submit and for how you use generated output.
Illegal, harmful, and fraudulent activity
Do not use the service to conduct, facilitate, or promote illegal activity, fraud, phishing, identity theft, malware, unauthorized access, security circumvention, money laundering, terrorism, unlawful trade, or activity that creates real-world harm to people, organizations, or infrastructure.
Sexual content and child safety
Do not create, upload, edit, or distribute pornography, explicit sexual acts, sexual exploitation, or non-consensual intimate content. Any sexualized, grooming, exploitative, nude, or suggestive content involving minors is strictly prohibited, including fictional, animated, or AI-generated material.
Real-person likeness, impersonation, and deepfakes
Do not reproduce, edit, or generate an identifiable real person's face, voice, or identity without authorization. Misleading face swaps, deepfakes, celebrity impersonation, false endorsements, and impersonation materials are prohibited. The Couple Avatar Generator creates fictional adults only and does not accept real-person reference images.
Hate, harassment, and violence
Do not create or distribute hateful or demeaning content based on protected characteristics. Targeted harassment, threats, stalking, humiliation, extortion, and incitement to violence are prohibited. Do not provide actionable instructions for severe violence, self-harm, weapon harm, or abuse.
Privacy, confidentiality, and intellectual property
Do not submit personal data, credentials, trade secrets, or sensitive medical or financial information that you are not authorized to process. Do not infringe copyright, trademark, publicity, privacy, or other rights. Obtain all required permissions before processing third-party content.
High-impact and deceptive use
Do not present output as professional medical, legal, financial, or safety conclusions. Do not use it for unreviewed automated decisions in employment, credit, insurance, education admissions, law enforcement, or other areas that materially affect a person's rights. False news, fabricated evidence, and material intended to deceive the public are prohibited.
Platform and payment abuse
Do not bypass rate limits, credits, access controls, content safeguards, or payment flows. Unauthorized scraping, bulk accounts, chargeback fraud, card testing, forged callbacks, resource exhaustion, and interference with other users are prohibited.
Enforcement and appeals
We may block a request, restrict a tool, suspend or terminate an account, and retain necessary security, payment, and audit records. Serious or repeated violations may be acted on without advance notice. Contact support if you believe an action was mistaken.
