AllTooly is currently operated by an individual operator. This notice describes the website's current data practices in plain language.
Information we handle
To provide accounts and tools, we may handle account details you submit, session and anonymous identifiers, request and correlation IDs, interface locale, tool-run status, and security logs. AI tools send content you choose to submit to the AI service configured for that tool. Runtime records retain operational metadata such as input hash and size, status, model, tokens, latency, and cost; raw tool input, prompts, and generated content are not placed in analytics events or advertising records.
Files and tool content
A file may be processed in your browser or sent temporarily to the server or an isolated conversion service to perform the requested operation. Temporary copies may exist while a request is processed and cleaned up. Do not upload content you are not authorized to process, confidential material, or unnecessary personal information.
Purposes
We use information to authenticate and protect accounts, run tools, enforce rate and budget controls, troubleshoot, prevent abuse, understand service usage, and fulfill an order or support request you initiate. We do not sell personal information to third parties.
Service providers and international processing
The service may currently use Supabase for the hosted database, DeepSeek for configured AI capabilities, and Gotenberg for isolated document conversion. When enabled, it may use Resend for email and Cloudflare Turnstile to prevent automated abuse. Providers and servers may process necessary data outside your country or region under their own terms.
Retention and security
Information is retained only as needed to provide the service, maintain security and financial records, resolve disputes, or meet applicable obligations. Retention periods vary by record. We use measures such as access controls, encrypted transport, restricted networks, and log redaction, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security.
Your choices and requests
You may use account features or contact the support address to request access to, correction of, or deletion of information associated with you, or to close an account. We will verify the request and may retain records needed for security, financial integrity, or applicable requirements. Consent-requiring third-party advertising or analytics providers are not loaded while consent status is UNKNOWN.
Children and changes
The service is not designed for children. A guardian who believes a child submitted personal information should contact us. We will update this notice and its date when material operating practices or providers change.
