These terms apply to the AllTooly website, accounts, and tool services provided by an individual operator.

Keep account information accurate, protect credentials, and take responsibility for activity under your account.
Service scope

Acceptable use
You must not use the service unlawfully, upload content you are not authorized to process, infringe another person's rights, distribute malware, bypass security or quota controls, perform unauthorized automated scraping, attack the service, or use tools in a way likely to harm the platform or other users.
Your content and files
You retain rights in your content and grant us only the limited permission needed to fulfill your request, secure the service, and troubleshoot. You are responsible for authority, legality, and backups for content you upload or process. Providing a tool does not transfer ownership of your work to us.
AI and automated output
AI or automated output may be inaccurate, incomplete, similar to existing material, or unsuitable for your purpose. You must review it before use, publication, or decision-making. The service does not provide medical, legal, financial, or other professional advice and does not promise unique output or fitness for a particular purpose.
Credits and paid features
If enabled in the future, credits are usable only for services identified on the platform. They are not money, a deposit, or an investment and have no cash redemption value unless applicable requirements provide otherwise. Before purchase, the checkout will show price, currency, included value, usage rules, and applicable refund terms. Payment availability is determined by the live checkout and feature flag.
Availability and changes
We work to keep the service available but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation.
